All Kids

The All Kids Program is a complete healthcare program for every child in Illinois. Illinois is the first state in the nation to ensure that every child, regardless of medical conditions or income, has access to healthcare.

Campaign for Better Healthcare

The Illinois Campaign for Better Health Care is a grassroots coalition of more than 300 local and statewide organizations representing consumers, health care workers and providers, community organizations, seniors, religious, labor, disability rights organizations and other citizens concerned about health care and wellness.


FamilyCare offers healthcare coverage to parents living with their children 18 years old or younger. FamilyCare also covers relatives who are caring for children in place of their parents.

Health Benefits for Workers with Disabilities

Illinois has joined the national movement to help people with disabilities return to work. The new program called Health Benefits for Workers with Disabilities (HBWD) started providing medical benefits in January 2002.

Illinois Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan

The Illinois Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan (CHIP) is a state health benefits program created by the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act

Veterans Care

Veterans Care Program is a new program designed to provide comprehensive, affordable healthcare to Illinois' uninsured veterans.
